Installation Instructions
Place the water diaphragm spring in the center of the stainless-steel cup located on the underside of the PVK-1 top. The spring will magnetically retain itself in the cup. Position the metal orifice plate on top of the spring within the stainless-steel cup.
Install the diaphragm into the pneumatic valve base. The PVK-1 top may be oriented in any direction when placed on the base. Center the PVK-1 top on the pneumatic valve base and align the screw holes.
Insert the screw and lock washer through the PVK-1 top, then secure it with the nut. Tighten the assembly until fully secured.
