Chase Mounted Toilet Fixture Installation

Locate the rough-in position on the wall. If a Metcraft security frame is being incorporated, verify that the frame is square and free of shipping damage. If the frame is out of square, the mounting holes will not align with the fixture anchor locations.

1. If using a security frame, cast or block the frame in place using conventional construction methods. The frame includes “V” notches on the front and back faces, which are used to locate and center the frame within the wall and to establish the seat rim height. Refer to the fixture installation guide for additional details.
2. If core drilling or using steel plate walls, refer to the submittal drawing for all required holes and wall openings.
3. Rough-in all plumbing connections required for the fixture.
4. Attach the anchor rods to the fixture.
5. The unit is now ready for final positioning.

From the chase side, continue the installation process:

1. Secure the anchor rods using washers and hex nuts.
2. Complete the final plumbing connections.
